Tokens

How do tokens work?

Each selected style costs 1 token. You can choose multiple unique styles in a single generation request, and those styles run together in the same batch. The current app limit is up to 3 selected styles per request, so selecting 3 styles uses 3 tokens.

Why did one request use more than one token?

A request can contain more than one style. Tokens are charged per selected style, not per button click. For example, choosing watercolor, anime, and cinematic in one batch uses 3 tokens because it creates 3 separate styled results.

Are tokens refundable?

Tokens, token purchases, and used tokens are non-refundable by default. If a paid generation appears to have failed or produced a materially unusable result because of a service issue, you can flag the generation for admin review. Flagging does not guarantee a credit or refund; admins review requests manually and decide at their discretion, subject to any rights required by law.

Generation

How many styles can I choose from?

Edit My Pet currently includes 41 styles. The app limit is still up to 3 selected styles per generation request, and each selected style costs 1 token.

What kind of pet photo works best?

Use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet is visible and not heavily cropped, blurred, hidden, or covered by objects. Photos with a single main pet, a clean outline, and natural lighting usually give the AI the best chance of preserving your pet while changing the scene.

Why do AI results sometimes look different from my pet?

AI image generation is probabilistic, so results can vary between styles and batches. The model may occasionally change markings, fur texture, anatomy, accessories, or background details. Trying a clearer source photo or fewer distracting elements usually improves consistency.

What should I do if a generation fails or looks unusable?

Use the product's flag or report option where available, or contact support with the image, style, and issue. Our admins can review generation logs and the result, then decide whether a token credit, replacement generation, decline, or another outcome is appropriate.

Account

Can I upload any pet photo?

Only upload photos and prompts you are allowed to use. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights, contains private information you do not want processed, or violates our Terms of Service.

Can I use generated results publicly?

You are responsible for checking that your use is appropriate for your situation, including any permissions, platform rules, contest rules, brand restrictions, or third-party rights that may apply. Our Terms of Service explain the rules for submitted content, generated results, and public features.

Privacy

How are my uploaded photos and generated images handled?

We process uploaded photos, prompts, generated results, and related metadata to provide the service, store your account content, support contests or galleries where you choose to use them, investigate issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. See our Privacy Policy for the full explanation.

Can I accept or decline cookies?

Yes. Our cookie banner lets you accept, decline, or adjust non-essential cookie categories where Cookiebot is enabled. You can reopen cookie settings from the footer or the Cookie Policy page.

Support

How quickly does support respond?

We aim to respond within 24 hours, although complex generation, payment, refund, or account-security reviews may take longer because they often require manual admin checks.

What should I include when contacting support?

Include the email on your account, the generation or order you need help with, the styles selected, what you expected, what happened, and any screenshots that make the issue clearer. Please do not send payment card details.
